Usha is blessing when it comings to selling my home. My house was listed for over 3 months by another realtor and needless to say it didn't sell. The most stressful part was that we had already bought another house from the builder and we needed our home sold before wecan move in the new one. I sold my house and bought another one. Usha's knowledge and customers service in this field excelled her technology sense.
